Alex Nicholas
Twenty-five years teaching kids and adults the things school forgets to cover.
Alex has spent more than twenty-five years coaching, teaching and building businesses — bars, restaurants, fitness studios, gyms and franchises that together generated over $25 million in sales. Along the way he learned leadership, hiring, sales, operations and financial decision-making from accomplished owners, Fortune 500 executives and mentors who took the time to teach him.
He believes it would be a disservice not to pass that on. Managing money, communicating well, leading people, taking a calculated risk, turning an idea into something that lasts — these are rarely taught in a classroom, and they are exactly what a young person needs to walk into adulthood capable.
His athletic life taught the rest: preparation, accountability, teamwork and the willingness to keep going when it stops being fun. That's the environment he builds for kids at The Vault — challenged, supported, and expected to rise.
“A complete education has to go past academics. Leadership, discipline, money, health, responsibility — that's what turns a kid into a capable adult.”
