These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of thevaultnaples.com (the “Site”), operated by The Vault Academy (“we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site describes a concept in development. Programs, amenities, pricing, timelines and locations are subject to change and are not offers or guarantees. Submitting a founding family or investor inquiry does not create an enrollment, reservation, partnership, or any binding commitment by either party. Any enrollment or investment would be governed by a separate written agreement.

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, nor is it investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Any future offering would be made only through definitive documentation to eligible investors.

Fitness, wellness and educational content on the Site is general information only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise or wellness program.

You agree that information you submit through our forms is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any information about family members. Do not submit sensitive personal information (for example, financial account, government ID, or health records) through the Site. Handling of submissions is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Vault Academy name, logo, emblem, copy, images and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes; all other use requires our prior written consent.

The Site links to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Vault Academy and its owners, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Vault Academy from claims, damages and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
