Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how The Vault Academy (“The Vault,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit thevaultnaples.com (the “Site”) or submit a form to us. By using the Site you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, and any message or answers you provide in our general inquiry form, founding family questionnaire, investor/partner inquiry, or information deck request. Questionnaire answers may include household details (such as family size or children’s ages), interests, and, for investor inquiries, indicated investment range and background.
- Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected by our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use.
We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. Family information submitted about children is provided by a parent or guardian.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and send information you requested.
- To evaluate founding family enrollment and investor/partner interest.
- To send updates about The Vault Academy where you have asked to hear from us.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed for that purpose:
- HubSpot — our customer relationship management platform, where inquiry and questionnaire submissions are stored so we can follow up with you.
- Hosting, database and email delivery providers — used to run the Site, store submissions, and send notification or confirmation emails.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, financing, or sale of the business.
Cookies and analytics
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality and aggregate analytics. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies; some parts of the Site may not function properly if you do. We do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
Data retention and security
We keep inquiry and questionnaire information for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business records, unless you ask us to delete it. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including transmitting form submissions over encrypted connections and handling credentials server-side. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you submitted, or to stop sending you marketing email, by contacting us at the address below. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any such message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the Florida Digital Bill of Rights, the California Consumer Privacy Act, or the GDPR; we will honor applicable requests and will not discriminate against you for making one.
Third-party links
The Site links to third-party sites and social platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies before sharing information with them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the “Last updated” date above.
