Careers at The Vault

Now hiring

We're building something extraordinary for Naples families — and we're hiring the founding team to build it with us. We're looking for educators, guides, and operators to join from day one: a homeschool hybrid academy, family club, and wellness campus opening fall 2027 in Naples. The vision is set and the plan is in motion. This is your chance to be part of something great from the very start, not just staff it. We're a small family business, and a real person reads every application.

Role 01

Head Educator

Apply for this role

This is not a classroom job. It's a founding seat at a school being built from the ground up in Naples, Florida — opening August 2027. You'll lead the academic vision of a hybrid academy for grades 2–7, blending core academics with entrepreneurship, life skills, and fitness. If you've ever looked at traditional school and thought "I could build something better" — this is your invitation to do it.

The role

  • Set the academic vision and culture for the Vault's founding cohort — grades 2–7, 50 founding families.
  • Core academics run ~2–2.5 focused hours daily, woven together with entrepreneurship, life skills, and fitness.
  • Build the school day from scratch: schedules, rhythms, rituals, and systems — no inherited bureaucracy.
  • Hire and mentor the founding teaching team alongside the founders.
  • Partner with families as true collaborators in their children's education.
  • Start: January 2027 — founding planning months ahead of the August 2027 opening.

Who you are

  • A builder, not a maintainer — you've started programs, launched initiatives, or turned around classrooms.
  • Deep expertise in elementary/middle-grade learning — you know how kids actually learn, not just how curriculum says they should.
  • An entrepreneur's mindset in an educator's heart — comfortable with ambiguity, energized by blank pages.
  • A leader kids gravitate toward and parents trust implicitly.
  • Based in (or ready to relocate to) Naples, Florida.

Compensation

Compensation is worked out after your application is accepted — based on your experience, not a fixed band. These roles are built to morph around the right person, and so is the pay.

Role 02

Learning Guide

Apply for this role

You're the adult every kid remembers. As a Founding Learning Guide, you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with small groups of students — guiding projects, coaching life skills, and making learning feel like an adventure. Small classes and a front-row seat to building something historic.

This is a rare founding opportunity for an educator who wants more than a classroom — you want a movement. Grades 2–7, 50 founding families, and a blank page. You'll be one of three adults on the academic team in year one, which means your fingerprints will be on everything.

The role

  • Guide small groups through core academics, projects, and real-world learning experiences.
  • Coach the stuff school skips: life skills, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, fitness.
  • Build deep relationships — you'll know every kid's story, strengths, and spark.
  • Collaborate with the Founding Head Educator to shape the daily experience.
  • Start: spring/summer 2027, ahead of the August opening.

Who you are

  • A natural with kids — the adult they run toward, not away from.
  • Energized by project-based, hands-on learning — worksheets make you sad.
  • A generalist with depth — comfortable across subjects, curious about everything.
  • A team player who thrives in a startup environment: flexible, proactive, all-in.
  • Based in (or ready to relocate to) Naples, Florida.

Role 03

Community & Operations Lead

Apply for this role

Every great community has someone behind the scenes making it all work — the events, the systems, the relationships, the details nobody sees but everybody feels. That's you. You'll build the operational backbone of the Vault and grow the community around it, from our first founding families to a thriving membership.

The role

  • Own day-to-day operations — systems, scheduling, vendors, and the hundred moving pieces of a campus opening in 2027.
  • Build community from zero: family onboarding, events, gatherings, and the traditions that make the Vault feel like home.
  • Grow our local roots: partnerships with Naples businesses and organizations, outreach, and word-of-mouth that fills our founding cohort.
  • Support enrollment: tours, follow-ups, making every prospective family feel like they already belong.
  • Work directly with the founders — wear a lot of hats, solve problems fast, build the plane while flying it.
  • Start: date set with the founders; doors open August 2027.

Who you are

  • An operator at heart — you love systems, checklists, and making complex things run smoothly.
  • A natural community builder — you know people, remember names, and make everyone feel welcome.
  • Deeply connected in Naples (or ready to be).
  • Startup mentality — ambiguity energizes you, and "that's not my job" isn't in your vocabulary.
  • Warm, organized, relentless — the person everyone trusts to get it done.

Role 04

Fitness & Wellness Coach

Apply for this role

Fitness isn't a class at the Vault — it's a way of life. You'll lead that charge: coaching youth fitness, family workouts, and wellness programming that makes strong bodies and capable kids the norm, not the exception.

The role

  • Design and lead youth fitness woven into the academy week.
  • Coach adult and family classes — strength, conditioning, movement.
  • Help shape the wellness pillar: recovery culture, healthy habits, the way things feel.
  • Work with the founding educators to integrate fitness into the school day.
  • Start: date set with the founders; doors open August 2027.

Who you are

  • Certified coach or trainer with real experience — and you light up working with kids.
  • You live the lifestyle: strong, capable, outside as much as possible.
  • Builder's mentality — you want to create the program, not just run someone else's.
  • An energy-giver — the coach kids run toward.
